Augment is looking for a full cycle Technical Recruiter who will own hiring for all roles across Product and Engineering. This is a fast paced, high-impact role, where you will partner closely with stakeholders to help build out a world class team. Augment grew from 5 to 150 people in just over a year, with our Talent team at the heart of that growth. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience at a high growth technology company or rapidly scaling start-up.
  • A proven track record of hiring for technical roles.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Operational excellence and a data driven approach.
  • Candidate care; candidates are our customers, and customers are our first priority.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting; you'll manage end-to-end hiring for Technical roles across Product, Design and Engineering, from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Prioritize strategic sourcing; you understand the job market and the competitive landscape and bring an innovative approach to engaging passive talent.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to define roles, build process, and understand the team; so you can act as a strategic advisor for all hiring needs.
  • Embrace tools; whether it’s AI or our ATS, use resources to maximize your output.
