The recruiter will lead intake meetings, develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and screening to interviewing and offer coordination. Adaptability to evolving hiring priorities and a strong customer-service mindset are essential. The position also requires tracking recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and maintaining compliance with EEO and OFCCP regulations. Contributing to employer branding and outreach campaigns is also part of the role.
