About The Position

As this company undergoes a rapid scale-up phase, we are looking for a high-velocity Technical Recruiter to bridge the gap between complex engineering needs and top-tier talent. This is a critical role within an engineering services firm where speed, technical literacy, and persistence are the keys to success. You will be responsible for navigating the high-tech landscape to identify, engage, and place specialized experts who help our clients accelerate their product roadmaps. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within IT, software, or engineering domains.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment.
  • Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search.
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in French (written and verbal).
  • Experience using Loxo as an ATS.
  • Direct experience in contract negotiation.
  • Background or familiarity with the Telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities

  • Deep-dive into technical requirements to understand specific tech stacks, tools, and environments for diverse engineering roles.
  • Drive high-volume sourcing and outreach, maintaining a KPI of at least 2 quality submissions per day.
  • Execute rapid-response recruitment, ensuring given roles are fulfilled within a 48-hour window.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process within the ATS, from initial sourcing and screening to coordination and offer stages.
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural alignment.
  • Execute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure perfect alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
