About The Position

AerSale is a global aviation products and services company serving passenger, cargo, and government markets. The Technical Records Clerk researches and maintains reports related to aviation maintenance records and maintains the technical publication library. The role supports aviation maintenance control procedures through clerical and administrative work, quality assurance audits, paperwork audits, aircraft induction assistance, and control of calibrated tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• In-depth working knowledge of the formats and procedures related to aviation maintenance, aircraft manuals, related material publications, technical directives, instructions, and notices.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Efficiency and a desire to succeed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with work product.

Nice To Haves

• Prior auditing experience.
• At least two years of recent experience in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Research and maintain reports related to aviation maintenance records.
• Maintain the technical publication library.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties in accordance with and in support of aviation maintenance control procedures.
• Perform quality assurance audits of aviation maintenance records, work cards, and technical publications.
• Assist the manager with aircraft inductions.
• Maintain control of calibrated tools.
• Audit paperwork as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
