The Technical Project Manager supports end-to-end delivery of technology projects by coordinating across engineering, product, and business teams. The role helps manage requirements, schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, and contributes to process improvements and delivery practices that help teams deliver high-quality solutions and business value. Success requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. The position manages day-to-day project execution from planning through delivery; supports requirements gathering, backlog organization, prioritization, scheduling, release readiness, and post-release follow-up; and maintains project documentation and stakeholder updates. It collaborates with software development managers, developers, QA, product owners, other TPMs, and business stakeholders to coordinate work, facilitate team ceremonies, and surface risks, blockers, and dependencies. The role also develops an understanding of relevant systems, integrations, and business workflows; coordinates issue triage and remediation; supports UAT, regression testing, and business validation; and documents operational procedures and best practices. It reinforces Agile practices, checks completed work against requirements and acceptance criteria, maintains project artifacts, and contributes to continuous improvement. The role is listed as a hybrid work environment. New hires generally start at $117,000–$156,000 per year; the full base salary range is $117,000–$211,000 per year, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
