The Technical Project Manager provides leadership and expertise for project management efforts across ITS. They are responsible for designing, implementing and managing enterprise level project management standards, templates and best practices. They are a leading customer advocate, taking a broad customer perspective, striving to ensure customer success by looking at the big picture of where Product meets Business Operations. This position is eligible for remote work pursuant to Cal Poly’s Telecommuting and Remote Work Guidelines and the CSU policy requiring that all work be performed within the State of California. Information Technology Services (ITS) is a fast-moving team that is responsible for helping Cal Poly achieve academic excellence through developing and implementing learning, teaching, and administrative solutions which leverage technology that align with strategic goals and objectives.
