About The Position

The Technical Project Management team at CoreWeave is a high-growth organization chartered to manage end-to-end large-scale data center projects. The team is responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and closure of critical infrastructure projects, tracking the full fit-out of multiple hyperscale data centers with aggressive timelines. The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of data center projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, and communication across engineering, construction, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This role helps ensure projects related to data center buildouts, expansions, upgrades, and commissioning are executed safely, on time, and in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination within construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven track record of managing project workflows with high degrees of autonomy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, Jira, or similar)
  • Capacity to effectively prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, high-availability operational setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining operational continuity in a mission-critical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations personnel.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential project risks or issues to management.
  • A professional and accountable mindset focused on process adherence and successful project delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within data center, critical facilities, or mission-critical construction environments.
  • Familiarity with essential power and cooling systems (UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH, PDUs).
  • Knowledge of commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), or project turnover processes.
  • Possession of a CAPM, PMP, or relevant construction-related certification.
  • Demonstrated understanding of safety and compliance protocols in critical facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in planning and executing data center projects, including fit-outs, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades (power, cooling, racks, cabling).
  • Lead the coordination of project schedules, site meetings, and vendor walkthroughs, ensuring all logistics align with project timelines.
  • Own the tracking of milestones and action items, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or dependencies.
  • Maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, change logs, and commissioning records.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for contractor and vendor coordination to ensure technical requirements are met on-site.
  • Monitor project timelines and flag schedule, scope, or cost risks.
  • Manage site access coordination and change management activities with minimal oversight.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure projects follow PMO standards, safety requirements, and data center operational procedures.
  • Support turnover activities, including as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and handoff to operations teams.
