About The Position

Federato is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead customer implementations of its AI-native insurance platform. The role coordinates aligned program teams to deliver implementations on time and with quality, while owning project plans and communicating status, issues, and risks to stakeholders. The position defines and tracks key metrics and quality and performance indicators, and drives cross-functional execution across technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation work. It also improves internal and external processes, reduces manual effort through automation, and communicates product improvement opportunities to product engineering leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning SaaS implementation or delivery.
• Knowledge and extensive discovery experience in identifying user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
• Exceptional project management skills, including leading SaaS implementation projects with B2B customers.
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Communication experience and prior success defining processes.
• Organizational coordination experience and experience establishing working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and multiple partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead aligned program teams to deliver successful customer implementations on time and with quality.
• Develop, own, and leverage project plans to proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Define and track key metrics, quality indicators, and performance indicators, and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across teams and functions, including reducing manual effort through automation.
• Proactively identify and communicate product improvements to product engineering leaders and stakeholders.
