About The Position

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Integrated System Tests is responsible for end-to-end integration of multiple integrated system tests supporting the ground test campaign required before a system is deployed into orbit. Serving as Lead Integrator and Test Campaign Mission Manager, this role leads activities from planning through execution and coordinates across propulsion, avionics, guidance, navigation and control (GNC), structures, ground systems, supply chain, range operations, and other stakeholders. The TPM works closely with engineering teams on data analysis and ensures lessons learned are incorporated into later test cycles. Under the direction of the Sr. TPM of Missile Defense Space System Development, the role drives day-to-day test readiness, cross-functional coordination, and preparation of systems, teams, and environments for safe, efficient, and effective test execution. The TPM provides leadership with regular status updates and escalates critical risks, issues, and decisions as needed. The role is located near Denver in a hybrid work environment, with some onsite work and an estimated 25% travel to test sites.
