Technical Program Manager, System Data Analysis

True Anomaly•Denver, CO

About The Position

The Technical Program Manager, System Data Analysis serves as a technical data integrator across subsystem- and system-level test activities. The role transforms engineering, test, and mission data into accurate, actionable insights before and after test campaigns. It supports test planning and execution by defining analysis approaches, preparing pre-test and pre-mission data products, coordinating data needs across teams, and ensuring instrumentation, telemetry, and other data systems support test objectives. After test execution, the role leads data processing, analysis, synthesis, and reporting to support test assessment, anomaly identification, and technical decisions. The position works closely with engineering, test operations, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, program leadership, customers, and external stakeholders. It combines technical data-analysis expertise with the communication and organizational abilities needed to coordinate across teams, produce clear test outbriefs, integrate datasets for program needs, and deliver relevant data and insights to modeling and simulation teams. The position is hybrid, with some on-site work required. Candidates will be located near Denver or Long Beach, with a strong preference for Denver. Travel to test sites is estimated at 10% of the time. The role requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance, and the additional requirements state the ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance. The position is open until filled.
