About The Position

The Technical Program Manager, System Data Analysis serves as a technical data integrator across subsystem- and system-level test activities. The role transforms engineering, test, and mission data into accurate, actionable insights before and after test campaigns. It supports test planning and execution by defining data-analysis approaches, preparing pre-test and pre-mission data products, coordinating data needs across teams, and ensuring instrumentation, telemetry, and other data systems support test objectives. After testing, the role leads data processing, analysis, synthesis, and reporting to support test assessment, anomaly identification, and technical decisions. The position works with engineering, test operations, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, program leadership, customers, and external stakeholders. It combines technical data-analysis skills with the communication and organizational abilities to coordinate across teams, create test outbriefs, integrate data sets across program needs, and provide relevant datasets and insights to modeling and simulation teams. The role supports subsystem, system, ground, and flight-test programs from pre-test planning through post-test assessment. It develops analysis plans and data products, reviews test and data-acquisition approaches, processes and assesses data, supports anomaly investigations, synthesizes system-level findings, and creates reports and briefings. It also maintains analysis documentation and traceability, manages deliverables and dependencies, supports technical reviews, and improves repeatability through automation, standardized data products, and configuration management. The role is based near Denver or Long Beach, with a strong preference for Denver. The work environment is hybrid, with some work required onsite, and travel to test sites is estimated at 10% of the time. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance; the additional requirements specify the ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance.
