About The Position

The Data Analysis Manager provides strategic business intelligence and analytics support to U.S. Fulfillment and Operations leadership, with a focus on warehouse performance, labor efficiency, and supply chain execution. The role builds and maintains real-time labor-planning tools and data pipelines, and leads analytics initiatives in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. The manager designs, deploys, and maintains internal web-based planning tools using low-code/no-code platforms and AI coding assistants. The role connects warehouse management system data with time-and-attendance systems, establishes data validation and automated quality checks, and develops live views of projected capacity. It also leads the design and maintenance of leadership dashboards and automated reports for cost, cost per unit (CPU), productivity, service-level agreement (SLA), and efficiency metrics. The position identifies cost drivers and savings opportunities, supports root-cause analysis, and quantifies the impact of process changes and cost-saving initiatives. It works with Fulfillment, Finance, Logistics, Product, Engineering, and floor leadership to move teams from static spreadsheets to live, automated web tools.
