About The Position

The contractor will support the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise Center (NEC), which works to address future strategic environments, assess current capabilities, define future NC3 architectures, and ensure modernized capabilities align with the nuclear triad. The role conducts research to identify data requirements across Command, Service, and Agency (C/S/A) evaluations, inspections, assessments, interoperability activities, operational testing, and exercise testing. This includes defining the type, quality, and quantity of data needed to determine operational and technical performance of the NC3 Enterprise. The contractor will help identify data shortfalls, recommend ways to obtain needed data, and assist the government in determining enterprise risk to support operational certification and risk assessment across the enterprise.

Requirements

Active TS clearance with eligibility for immediate SCI and SAR is required.
At least 3 years of experience or a relevant college degree in the listed analytical and risk-management capabilities.
Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct numerical analysis, and devise recommended solutions.
Ability to analyze and determine risk, develop solutions to minimize risk, and compile reports showing proposed plans of action and milestones.
Ability to examine and interpret statistical reports, predict future trends, and monitor and assess risk-management strategies.
Ability to produce statistical reports using basic statistical concepts such as mean, standard deviation, and confidence intervals.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Nuclear Command & Control (NC2/NC3) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
