About The Position

Crosswalk Health is seeking its first Technical Program Manager to turn the engineering roadmap into scoped, sequenced, and deliverable sprint work. The TPM will own the mechanics of the engineering work lifecycle, partnering with engineering leadership and colleagues across departments so engineers can focus on execution. This is a builder role on a lean, fast-moving team: the successful candidate will create fit-for-purpose program management processes, manage dependencies and scope, communicate tradeoffs, and account for healthcare compliance and data sensitivity such as PHI. The position reports directly to Director of Engineering Carli Miller.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to take work from roadmap to scoped backlog to sprint and manage it through delivery.
  • Comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders and departments to manage dependencies and keep commitments.
  • Ability to judge what is realistic, hold scope boundaries, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
  • Comfort using AI tools to reason about problems and get unstuck.
  • Excitement about creating processes from scratch on a lean team.
