About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs across Product. In this role, you will be a key partner to our product, engineering, and operations teams, leading programs end-to-end that directly impact patient outcomes and support our expansion into new markets. You will own program execution: grooming requirements, planning releases, managing risk, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned to deliver high-quality products on time. You will influence through partnerships, leveraging technical fluency to facilitate informed decisions with engineering.

Requirements

7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
3+ years working in healthcare technology or demonstrated experience leading complex technical programs in similarly regulated, operationally complex environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated experience working with product and engineering in launching new products
Working knowledge of program management best practices and Agile framework
Strong experience working with Jira
Ability to use data and analytical tools to inform program decisions and surface risks
Ability to interpret technical architecture and understand dependencies across data platform, software, and data science
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial planning to launch and post-launch analysis.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product programs, ensuring alignment and clear communication between engineering, product, clinical operations, and other stakeholders.
Plan and conduct release management and product grooming ceremonies with Operations stakeholders.
Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of delivery.
Interpret the technical architecture and dependencies across our data platform, software, and data science work to facilitate informed discussions and decision-making with engineering teams.
