  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience working in labeling, hardware, system production, or a test environment, primarily in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience leading technical, cross-functional programs end-to-end, from requirements through build or configuration, testing, and deployment, in a regulated or operationally complex environment.
  • Ability to translate regulatory labeling requirements into system requirements, schemas, templates, and warehouse-operational processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across Regulatory Affairs, IT or engineering, Quality, warehouse operations or logistics, suppliers, and external partners such as 3PLs.
  • Hands-on experience running UAT, including planning, traceability, execution coordination, defect triage, and release readiness.
  • Experience building and maintaining enterprise program artifacts, including requirements traceability, release governance, cutover plans, training and readiness, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Ability to learn and apply established procedures reliably and consistently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to drive stakeholder alignment, decisions, and execution.
  • Ability to lead and deliver in a matrix environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment using agile or sprint methodologies.
  • Ability to understand complex products and processes and work effectively in a team environment.
  • High attention to technical detail and accuracy; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CSL program planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder alignment across Regulatory Affairs, IT, Quality, Operations, suppliers, and logistics sites.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs to interpret country regulatory assessments and convert them into clear, testable labeling requirements.
  • Drive labeling schema development with IT and engineering teams, defining requirements, acceptance criteria, traceability, and change impacts while ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Lead integration delivery for labeling capabilities with SAP and warehouse management systems, coordinating dependencies, interface readiness, and cutover planning.
  • Coordinate with warehouse logistics teams and external partners to implement labeling workflows, including label printing and handling, verification, exception management, and training and readiness.
  • Facilitate label template design discussions to ensure templates work across countries, products, printer constraints, and warehouse execution.
  • Manage supplier-printed label workstreams, including specification alignment, readiness tracking, issue triage, and operational deployment coordination.
  • Define and structure labeling UAT, including test strategy, test cases, traceability, execution coordination, defect management, and sign-off.
  • Partner with Quality on labeling-related non-conformances and CAPAs, supporting investigation coordination, corrective action execution, and effectiveness checks.
  • Establish and maintain program documentation, including program plans, RAID logs, requirements traceability, SOP and work-instruction impacts, and release notes.
  • Drive standardization of CSL delivery processes and continuous improvements to reduce labeling errors, shorten cycle times, improve audit readiness, and strengthen operational controls.
