About The Position

The successful applicant will be performing work on US Government classified environments, and therefore, must be a U.S. Person (i.e., U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee). This position will perform work that the U.S. government has specified can only be performed by a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil. The successful applicant must have a current US Government TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. Must live within commuting distance and be able to work onsite for up to 4 days per week in the Herndon, VA/DC area. Your Impact As a Program Manager on our CX team, you will serve as the strategic orchestrator for complex programs that directly impact the missions of our veterans and military service members! You will also lead the cradle-to-grave delivery of high-stakes, large-scale initiatives, ensuring they remain on scope, on budget, and fully aligned with business outcomes. Our PMs are pivotal in driving AI-optimized delivery strategies and encouraging executive-level partnerships. By integrating technical insight with expert program governance, you will influence innovation and ensure our solutions address the most pressing challenges facing our customers today!

Requirements

  • Must possess a current U.S. Government DoD TS/SCI with FSP Security Clearance
  • 10 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Program and/or Project Management
  • Technical Program and/or Project Management experience within critical, classified networks is required
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required
  • Must be a U.S. Person (i.e., U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
  • Must have a current US Government TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
