Requirements

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering or product development
Bachelors in an engineering discipline
Validated working experience with DFm & DFx
Proven track record of cost reduction, project management and engineering design required
Required to understand tolerance stack ups for complex parts, systems, and final assemblies

Nice To Haves

Experience in introducing products into manufacturing, or high volume production is a huge plus
Excellent project management skills
Experience working in a matrix organization
Direct experience interfacing with or leading any of the following functional engineering teams a plus (ME, EE, TE, DFX, Etc.)
Experience working with OEM partners
Ability to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment
New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Operations experience desired
Experience working with and dimensioning different materials a plus
Solid understanding of GD&T principles a plus
JMP, Minitab & Six Sigma experience a plus
