Technical Program Manager, Factory Infrastructure Deployment

Anduril•Costa Mesa, CA
•$132,000 - $175,000

About The Position

The Technical Program Manager owns site-level deployment of factory infrastructure for ArsenalOS, Anduril’s factory-facing operating environment. The role coordinates the buildout and integration of system administration, servers, networking, compute environments, and OT infrastructure in live production settings, ensuring deployments are correct, timely, and aligned with production needs and architectural standards. This is a hands-on, technical execution role and the central point of contact for infrastructure deployment at a site. The manager drives design reviews and execution across internal engineering teams, production stakeholders, vendors, and contractors; maintains visibility into readiness, risks, dependencies, inventory, purchasing, and financial status; and may provide direct support to unblock infrastructure work. The role also leads onsite brownfield and greenfield assessments, translating infrastructure, power, and electrical requirements into actionable engineering work. Travel is expected 30–50% of the time.
