About The Position

Tiger Analytics is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of next-generation AI initiatives. The role bridges AI research, software engineering, and strategic business outcomes, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, autonomous analytical agents, and advanced Knowledge Graphs. The position involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver large-scale AI programs from inception through production deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience, with a strong track record as a Technical Program Manager delivering large-scale enterprise software systems.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or deploying Generative AI technologies, specifically RAG systems and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear, concise, business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence decisions across teams and leadership levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating program updates and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and clients.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
• Experience working in the Supply Chain or Procurement domain.
• Experience managing large-scale programs involving globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, complex AI programs from inception to production deployment.
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.
• Partner with architects and technical leads to design robust, production-grade architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and coordinate team leads and stakeholders.
• Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.
• Communicate with client stakeholders about delivery progress, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions.
