About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of digital solutions that align with our company's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in manufacturing or environmental solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Expertise in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management.
• Experience with digital product development and solution delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Owner certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of environmental manufacturing processes and sustainability practices.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Salesforce knowledge or certification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring stories are clear, actionable, and aligned with the team's sprint goals.
• Work collaboratively with Scrum teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of value-driven increments, following Agile principles.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and customers, to gather requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate in the design, development, and deployment of digital tools and products that enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Leverage Salesforce (if applicable) for enhancing CRM capabilities and integrating solutions into broader organizational workflows.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders regularly.
