As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will be a technically fluent, hands-on product marketer responsible for translating Bloomreach’s APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities into clear positioning, use cases, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and commercial impact. This role is at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Product Marketing, shaping how Bloomreach’s Loomi platform story is understood by product managers, IT and platform teams, partners, and enterprise buyers. The ideal candidate understands the marketing technology landscape, is agentic-minded, and excited to work at the intersection of technology and marketing. You should be passionate about new product possibilities and capable of transforming technical specifications into compelling narratives for a technical audience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Consulting/Architecture, Technical Marketing, Developer Relations, or a closely related field, ideally at a SaaS or AI technology company or at an SI partner implementing these solutions.
  • OR equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with a strong desire to move into marketing and storytelling.
  • Experience working with data warehouse/CDP or technology such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and other technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features, and go-to-market sales motions.
  • API/MCP fluent: understanding of how agentic architectures work and how technical platforms deliver value for customers and partners.
  • Comfortable reading documentation and talking to engineers.
  • Strong writing skills: ability to make complex technical concepts accessible without losing precision.
  • Collaborative and proactive: thrives in cross-functional environments, takes ownership, and communicates clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • An understanding of (or strong curiosity about) agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks is a significant plus.
  • Experience working with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other agentic AI tools in Marketing workflows would be a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Bloomreach's API and agentic platform story, working alongside senior PMMs to build materials for technical buyers (developers, architects, IT leaders) to understand the Bloomreach platform's capabilities.
  • Support the data and platform narrative, connecting technical capabilities to customer value.
  • Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for partner co-developed product launches, including informing development of partner integrations and products, building a compelling story, tiering, milestone planning, internal communication, sales enablement, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Work directly with Product and Engineering to understand technical details and translate them into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with real learnings.
  • Support the team in building materials that help sales and internal teams credibly and compellingly discuss Bloomreach's AI & ML technology, including field-ready assets like talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, and technical integration briefs.
