About The Position

Infineon is seeking an intern to join their Technical Product Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in product marketing and management by supporting product launches, roadmap activities, and competitive analysis. The intern will be responsible for creating technical marketing collateral, translating technical capabilities into value propositions, and collaborating with various internal teams. This is a chance to trade textbooks for tools and innovate in the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear technical collateral
  • Comfortable performing competitive analysis and summarizing technical differences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with board bring-up, lab debugging, or hardware prototyping preferred
  • Familiarity with USB, I2C, UART, SPI or similar interfaces is a plus
  • Basic experience with microcontrollers, analog circuits, voltage regulators, or power distribution circuits preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product marketing and product management to support product launches and roadmap activities
  • Research competitors, summarize feature sets, and produce concise comparison summaries for internal use
  • Produce technical marketing collateral such as datasheet summaries, application notes, and demo scripts to drive product adoption
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear value propositions for target audiences
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field application teams to gather feedback and refine positioning
  • Track product metrics and compile weekly status updates and competitive intelligence briefs
