About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Product Manager. This is a contract position with a duration of 6+ months, located in Jersey City, NJ. As a Technical Product Manager, you will leverage advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, data analytics, and agile methodologies to lead product life cycle activities. This includes discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management. The role requires a proven track record in developing and launching multiple tech products, including version releases, and experience in change readiness or change management. You will be responsible for creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs, and must be comfortable with generative AI usage and its logic. Proficiency in Excel for data interpretation and insight synthesis is essential. The role involves strong collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams across workplace design, technology, facilities, user experience, and strategy, and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics and applying agile methodologies.
Ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching multiple tech products, including version releases.
Experience in changing readiness and/or changing management.
Presentation skills, with a talent for developing clear and engaging graphics.
Proficiency in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
Skilled in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
Comfortable with generative AI usage and understanding of its logic.
Fluent in Excel for data interpretation and insight synthesis.
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams across workplace design, technology, facilities, user experience, and strategy.
Ability to collaborate and influence decisions with multiple stakeholders.
Must be engaged on a W-2 basis.
