Technical Product Manager

8090 Solutions Inc•Toronto, ON
•$150,000 - $250,000•Onsite

About The Position

8090 is hiring a Technical Product Manager to serve as a forward-deployed product leader, owning the full lifecycle of AI-first enterprise solutions from early discovery through live deployment and production iteration. The role is customer-centric and mission-critical, working in person from Redwood City, California, or Toronto, Canada, with small, high-leverage engineering teams and large enterprise customers. The Technical Product Manager partners with sales during pre-contract discovery to identify technical risks and scope projects, then translates ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements and solution designs. The role leads execution under real-world constraints, establishes project governance, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages customer expectations and escalations, and supports delivery through production. Hands-on solution creation, including contributing to live proofs of concept when needed, is part of the role. The position requires experience building enterprise software, strong technical and analytical judgment, and the ability to make sound product and architectural decisions in complex and uncertain environments. Familiarity with AI/ML, data-driven and non-deterministic systems, and Health and Life Sciences is relevant. US-based salary is $150,000–$250,000, plus stock and/or stock options and benefits. 8090 does not provide new work visa sponsorship; candidates must have the specified citizenship, permanent residency, or existing transferable visa status.
