Technical Product Manager

Booz Allen HamiltonChantilly, VA
$69,400 - $158,000

About The Position

Delivering secure infrastructure and enterprise capabilities within the Department of War (DOW) and Intelligence Community (IC) is critical to enabling mission success across complex, classified environments. From network deployments to cloud and secure service delivery, success depends on strong coordination, clear visibility, and disciplined execution across multiple teams and priorities. This role supports and drives execution across secure environments while keeping efforts aligned and on track. The Technical Project Manager will support the coordination and execution of infrastructure and technology efforts across classified environments within the DOW and IC, including JWICS, SIPR, and Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (CO-CO) networks. While a portion of the work will focus on infrastructure deployments, the role will also help manage broader initiatives spanning secure systems, enterprise services, and emerging mission technologies. The individual will work across engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure efforts are aligned, dependencies are understood, and progress is maintained. Rather than directly leading teams, the role acts as a central coordinator helping organize work, remove blockers, and ensure teams have what they need to execute successfully. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones and dependencies, and providing visibility into progress across multiple concurrent efforts and geographically distributed locations. It also supports financial tracking, helping ensure alignment between scope, funding, and execution. A key part of the role will be communicating clearly with stakeholders, providing structured updates to leadership, translating technical progress into actionable insights, and highlighting risks, blockers, and decisions required to keep work moving forward. The role provides exposure to multi-site operations, hybrid infrastructure, and high-priority mission initiatives, positioning the individual to grow into a senior delivery or program-level role. This role plays a key part in ensuring teams stay aligned, efforts remain on track, and critical technologies are delivered effectively, supporting those who rely on these systems to operate, collaborate, and protect national interests.
