Technical Product Manager

QuantifindNew York, NY
$130,000 - $160,000Hybrid

About The Position

Quantifind is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Platform & Enterprise to own the foundational layer of Graphyte. This role involves managing capabilities that enable large institutions to adopt the platform, the integration surfaces they build against, and the performance and reliability characteristics they expect. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for the roadmap for enterprise readiness, including identity and access management, permissions, auditability, tenancy, data handling and retention, and administrative control. They will also own the platform's integration surfaces, such as APIs, batch and real-time processing paths, and the developer experience. A key focus will be driving scale, speed, and resilience as first-class product outcomes, defining performance and availability targets, and prioritizing investments to meet them. This role requires turning security questionnaires, procurement reviews, and compliance requirements into a prioritized backlog. The Technical Product Manager will partner closely with Compliance, Delivery, and Customer Success to understand deal roadblocks and deployment strains, feeding this information back into the roadmap. They will write clear requirements, including non-functional ones, and ensure they are met through delivery. The role also involves working directly with executive leadership to innovate new solutions. The development team is highly productive and collaborative, offering opportunities for client exposure and product insights from direct user feedback. The team is motivated and curious, aiming to create the world's premier risk intelligence platform.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related technical field
  • 2+ years of product management or associate product management experience with platform, infrastructure, API, or enterprise-facing products
  • Shipped enterprise-grade capabilities such as SSO/SAML/SCIM, role-based access control, audit logging, multi-tenancy, entitlements, admin tooling, or data retention and residency controls
  • Helped scale products by improving throughput, latency, reliability, fault tolerance, capacity, or cost efficiency as customer and usage demands grew
  • Technically fluent and comfortable working directly with APIs, relational databases, and SQL
  • Understand API design considerations such as authentication, versioning, pagination, rate limiting, webhooks, and batch versus real-time tradeoffs
  • Use data and operational metrics to guide product decisions and prioritization, including metrics such as p95/p99 latency, error rates, SLOs, capacity headroom, and product usage
  • Understand agile software development and can effectively partner with Engineering and other technical stakeholders, using tools such as Jira and GitHub
  • Strong user empathy and can translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements, including when the end user is another engineering team
  • Have an ownership mentality, thrive in ambiguity, and can build alignment around a product vision by clearly communicating the “why” and driving toward measurable outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with regulated industries or enterprise security and compliance (such as SOC 2 or FedRAMP)
  • Experience with alternative deployment models (single-tenant, VPC, or on-premise)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and data pipelines
  • Experience with AI/ML and NLP-driven products

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for enterprise readiness — identity and access management, permissions, auditability, tenancy, data handling and retention, and administrative control
  • Own the platform's integration surfaces, including our APIs, batch and real-time processing paths, and the developer experience of teams building against us
  • Drive scale, speed, and resilience as first-class product outcomes: define the performance and availability targets that matter to customers, then work with engineering to prioritize the investments that hit them
  • Turn security questionnaires, procurement reviews, and compliance requirements into a prioritized backlog rather than a queue of one-off escalations
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Delivery, and Customer Success to understand where deals stall and where deployments strain, and feed that back into the roadmap
  • Write clear requirements that include non-functional ones, and hold the line on them through delivery
  • Work directly with executive leadership as you help us innovate new solutions

Benefits

  • Equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package
  • Full range of medical, financial, and other benefits
  • Flexible work environment with a family friendly work life balance
  • Supportive environment that fosters collaboration between teams and team members
  • Learning and professional growth are considered a key part of your success
