About The Position

Our client, an IT services and consulting company, is seeking a Technical Product Delivery Lead/Product Manager for a Commercial Banking role. The position leads product delivery from initiation and planning through execution, risk readiness, and go-to-market preparation. It works closely with engineering, product, design, business, risk management, and GTM teams to coordinate delivery and product launch.

Requirements

Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or technical program management roles.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.
Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
Strong risk management and mitigation skills.
Ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
12+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead project initiation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder alignment.
Drive high-level solutioning, architecture, design, and sizing to establish a delivery plan.
Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
Track progress against delivery plans and identify risks, challenges, and dependencies.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies for risks and obstacles.
Maintain Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure.
Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery.
Provide regular status reports and executive updates covering progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and delivery readiness.
Work with go-to-market teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover.
