EY•Hartford, DC
•$120,000 - $255,000

About The Position

The Technical Product and Innovation Manager supports the Digital Talent Strategy Lead in establishing and maturing a product-led organization for talent technology. The role shapes portfolio governance, investment strategy, technical roadmaps, and operating disciplines at enterprise scale, and leads Client Zero initiatives that connect strategy, user needs, and technical delivery. In partnership with the Demand Management Lead, the manager aligns intake and demand priorities with investment decisions, roadmap sequencing, delivery capacity, adoption, and measurable people and business outcomes. The position spans talent technology portfolio strategy, product governance and value realization, product discovery and delivery, and innovation. It includes maintaining an integrated view of the portfolio and its demand, capacity, dependencies, technical debt, risk, cost, and value; enabling informed investment decisions; coordinating stakeholders and delivery partners; and assessing emerging capabilities such as generative AI, agentic workflows, automation, self-service, and platform releases. Within the first 12–24 months, the successful candidate is expected to operationalize a product organization and governance model, activate an investment strategy and multi-horizon roadmap, launch a Client Zero pipeline, establish an integrated portfolio view, improve intake-to-delivery processes, and manage an innovation and enhancement pipeline through adoption and measurement.

  • Experience leading Client Zero, internal-first, pilot, or incubation initiatives through implementation, adoption, measurement, and enterprise scale.
