As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience
  • Strong Technical Project Management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Scrum and Jira
  • Prepare and present information and data to senior leaders
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks
  • Experience of large-scale complex projects
  • Experience managing matrix resources
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (physical server hosting, virtual machine hosting, storage, network, database, middleware, network traffic management, Network DMZ)
  • Experience with MS Project, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Educational background and experience in project management or business management or associated area
  • Ability to work with others and manage disparate teams globally
  • Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams
  • Solid interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
  • Must be able to proactively engage business and technology leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
  • Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
  • High School Diploma / GED

Responsibilities

  • Led several scrum teams to provide the agile methodology concepts for the teams to ensure we met the expected delivery to our customers, line of business, and management.
  • Created Confluence pages for the team and management for one stop shop of accessing all vital links, to expedite the required information and dependencies.
  • Enabled high visibility with customers through created Knowledge on confluence pages.
  • Led several teams in support of Mastercard Global Services to fix production issues or add/modify new features to improve existing services.
  • This role requires 5 days away per quarter mandate by the client
  • This role requires being on site with client 3 days per week in the office
