About The Position

Verneek is seeking a highly qualified technical success manager to work closely with its core team, including the technology team, and serve as a liaison between technologists and end users. The role works closely with the founders to streamline strategic initiatives, oversee project management, and communicate with partners. The successful candidate will help Verneek deliver domain-expert AI experiences through enterprise partnerships and will contribute to strategic business development, executive decision-making, program management, operations, and organizational improvement. This position is based at an early-stage deep-tech AI startup in the NYC area. It offers the opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment, learn directly from the executive team, and have a significant impact on the company’s mission and culture. Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in business management, operations consulting, or an executive role, including managing multiple teams and leading strategic initiatives.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a technical field.
Working knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, contract law, and employment law.
Working knowledge of AI products in the market and the evolving technology landscape.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills and a successful track record in interdisciplinary communications.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Verneek’s product and its evolving features.
Develop a deep understanding of Verneek’s competitive landscape and evolving partner expectations.
Develop a basic understanding of how Verneek’s technology and products work.
Oversee strategic business development initiatives from inception through successful execution, under the guidance of the executive team.
Gather meaningful feedback from business owners and end users to help improve Verneek’s technology, products, and go-to-market motions.
Assist and communicate with executives on decision-making, program management, and operations.
Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Devise plans in fast-paced, changing, and uncertain environments.
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with executives.
Develop and build relationships with internal and external parties as needed.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for delegated matters, handle inbound and outbound inquiries, develop action plans, and assist with preparing and disseminating communications.
