About The Position

Serve as the primary North American technical and marketing lead for Minimally Invasive Surgery portfolio. Partner closely with Global R&D, Global Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical teams, and Commercial leadership to support product launches, positioning, and commercialization efforts. Lead downstream marketing and go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, including competitive positioning, messaging development, pricing support, sales enablement, promotional strategy, and customer targeting. Provide technical expertise and application support to sales, clinical, and service teams across the product portfolio. Develop and deliver product training, presentations, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing marketing collateral. Support North American product registration activities and ongoing product lifecycle management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to strengthen market strategy and customer adoption. Support evaluation and management of OEM, co-branded, and white-label partnerships. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events to support business growth and market visibility. Help ensure launch readiness across commercial, clinical education, and customer support teams.
