About The Position

Blitzy is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its external product messaging. This role involves creating high-impact content to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and grow the sales pipeline. The successful candidate will collaborate with demand generation, sales, engineering, and product teams to craft compelling narratives, sales materials, and customer success stories that highlight Blitzy's transformative value. Blitzy's platform is at the forefront of agentic software development, attracting significant media attention. This position will manage the marketing journey from initial awareness to widespread enterprise adoption, including defining content strategy and producing whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and blog posts. A deep understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle is essential, requiring prior experience working with or closely alongside technical products. The role demands exceptional storytelling skills to guide prospects and customers through the adoption of an agentic SDLC.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B content and growth marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or AI.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise SDLC and product development lifecycle (PDLC), demonstrated through an engineering background or proven experience in product marketing for deeply technical products.
  • Strong technical writing skills for both executive and developer audiences.
  • Mastery of positioning and copy; a 'hands-on-keyboard' role.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through content.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Senior-level Individual Contributor capable of immediately owning the function.

Nice To Haves

  • Software engineering experience.
  • Experience or personal use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Replit, GitHub Co-Pilot).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with executive leadership and external partners.
  • Portfolio of published marketing/launch assets, specifically for enterprise AI or SDLC related projects.
  • Background building content and marketing functions from scratch at early-stage companies.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, paid media platforms, and analytics dashboards (Looker, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Knowledge of vertical markets such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
  • Understanding of AI/ML platforms and the enterprise software buying process.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build the Marketing Technology Stack in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and Demand Generation.
  • Create content to drive measurable increases in awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Develop targeted campaigns in partnership with the sales team.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief of Staff and CEO on growth strategy and positioning, especially in redefining the agentic SDLC and differentiating platforms in the market.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with Developer Relations to produce product-specific content and translate field findings into generalizable content.
  • Write for both 'hands-on' engineers and 'value-focused' CTO/CIO audiences.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
  • Build a library of content assets including white papers, webinars, industry roadmaps, customer success stories, and solution briefs.
  • Write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
  • Position Blitzy as a thought leader in AI-driven software development while also describing the value of other market solutions.
  • Act as a research-driven generalist capable of quickly converting vertical-specific insights into solution narratives.
  • Identify common points of friction for engineering teams and tailor Blitzy's messaging accordingly.
  • Understand and articulate Blitzy's unique value proposition and competitive differentiation.
