About The Position

Bloomreach is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to support go-to-market activities for technical platform launches, search, and strategic ISV partnerships with companies like Databricks, AWS, GCP, and Snowflake. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building rapidly scaling products with partners, who is agentic-minded, and excited to work at the intersection of technology and marketing. The position offers high visibility within a team shaping Bloomreach's platform and partner strategy, requiring the ability to translate technical specifications into compelling stories for a commercial audience.

Requirements

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or a closely related field, ideally at a SaaS or AI company.
  • OR equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with a strong desire to move into marketing and storytelling.
  • Experience working with technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features, and go-to-market sales motions.
  • API/MCP fluency: understanding of agentic architectures and how technical platforms deliver value for customers and partners; excitement about agentic and AI-driven architectures.
  • Comfortable reading documentation and talking to engineers.
  • Strong writing skills: ability to make complex technical concepts accessible without losing precision.
  • Collaborative and proactive: thrives in cross-functional environments, takes ownership, and communicates clearly when facing challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other agentic AI tools in Marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market motion for Bloomreach's technical partnerships, including developing joint positioning, supporting marketplace listings, coordinating co-marketing activities, and building sales collateral for co-selling with partners.
  • Serve as the day-to-day PMM point of contact for partnership programs.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for technical product launches, including building compelling narratives, milestone planning, internal communication, sales enablement, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand technical details and translate them into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with actionable learnings.
  • Contribute to Bloomreach's API and agentic platform story by building materials for technical buyers (developers, architects, IT leaders) to understand the platform's capabilities.
  • Support the search and product discovery narrative, connecting technical capabilities to customer value.
  • Assist in building sales and internal team enablement materials, including talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, and technical integration briefs.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to develop training content and monitor field adoption.
  • Partner closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales, CS, and Marketing to execute launches and GTM programs.
  • Manage a project-health cadence to track owners, risks, and dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve blockers.
  • Undertake other job-related tasks to support PMM and business objectives.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities.
