About The Position

As a Technical Lead in Cisco’s Isovalent Secure Workload (Observability) organization, you will provide technical leadership to a team of engineers building software for workload security products used in complex, scalable customer environments. The role focuses on improving scale, performance, reliability, robustness, and security, and includes architectural contributions to backend services. These services collect and process telemetry at scale, respond to environmental changes by rendering policies for large numbers of enforcement points, and provide low-latency API endpoints that process large volumes of data. The systems are deployed in complex distributed environments with distinctive failure modes. Cisco Isovalent and Cisco Secure Workload are building products to secure workloads and AI infrastructure. The role is U.S.-remote and contributes to Cisco Secure Workload, a product offering workload protection and micro-segmentation as part of the Hybrid Mesh Firewall solution.
