About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead an outstanding engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration. This role involves coaching engineers, supporting their growth, removing blockers, and ensuring the team performs at its best. You will translate product goals into realistic engineering plans, break down complex initiatives, and manage scope, estimation, and prioritization. The Technical Lead will shape technical direction, drive architectural decisions, maintain high engineering standards, and contribute hands-on to features, refactoring, and production issues. A key aspect of this role is driving AI-first engineering, using AI daily for various development tasks and coaching the team in adopting new AI capabilities. The company is redesigning its engineering workflows around AI, viewing it as fundamental to modern software development.

Requirements

5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development
Strong experience with ASP.NET Core
Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Experience building scalable SaaS products
Comfortable working in cloud-native architectures
Already led an engineering team and enjoy helping people grow
Know how to scope and estimate complex work
Know how to prioritize effectively under changing requirements
Know how to balance technical debt with product delivery
Know how to make pragmatic engineering decisions
Know how to keep teams aligned and accountable
Lead by example and remain hands-on
Advanced AI user
Naturally integrate AI into your daily engineering workflow and actively help others become more effective
Curious, constantly learning, and excited about redefining modern software development
