About The Position

Procurify is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist to join its Engineering organization for a one-year contract. The role acts as a bridge between Engineering, Go-To-Market teams, and external vendors, focusing on the deployment and maintenance of punchout integrations that support customer purchasing flows. The specialist manages incoming requests, communicates directly with vendors, and resolves technical hurdles so customers can purchase from their preferred suppliers. The position owns the punchout lifecycle, including obtaining vendor credentials, configuring integration settings, validating connectivity, testing data integrity and user experience, and adding and configuring punchouts in the product. It also triages requests from Customer Success and Sales, provides Tier-2 troubleshooting, investigates defects and performance bottlenecks, and partners with Engineering on issue resolution and architectural improvements. Python is used to implement and test cXML punchout configurations, and the role maintains technical documentation. Success is measured by punchout time-to-value and ticket resolution time (MTTR).

  • Understanding of web technologies and API concepts, including REST and HTTP protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously on configuration and connectivity issues.
