About The Position
REC is a leading company in the field of engineering services. We are looking for a passionate Technical Engineering Recruiter to join our dynamic team to help us attract top engineering talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the engineering field.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- A proactive approach to recruiting and building candidate relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for various technical engineering positions.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements for each position.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Stay current with industry trends and market insights to refine recruiting strategies.
