Serve as a nationally recognized expert in control systems cybersecurity and intelligence-related topics. Provide strategic insight, technical expertise, and consulting to advance CIC capabilities. Lead project teams delivering high‑impact, sensitive national security work. Develop and execute strategic engagement plans aligned with CIC and N&HS directorate priorities. Build trusted relationships with USG partners; market INL expertise and translate needs into actionable agreements. Identify emerging customer needs and guide long‑term R&D investment strategies. Facilitate productive interactions with stakeholders; plan meetings, visits, and formal collaborations. Manage and grow new research and business areas across DoW, IC, and homeland security sectors. Communicate complex technical subjects to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Mentor junior staff and help cultivate an expert workforce. Coordinate across DOE laboratories, FFRDCs, and external partners to support acquisition and cybersecurity programs.
