About The Position

Our client is looking for a Technical Advisor to provide expertise and guidance. This is a full-time position requiring an active TS/SCI clearance and will be located in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The role involves advising on intelligence modernization and innovation initiatives, supporting multi-domain operations, and fostering data literacy within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one or more intelligence disciplines, including: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Analysis, Collection Management.
  • Minimum of two (2) years leading or advising intelligence modernization and/or innovation initiatives.
  • Experience defining objectives and deliverables, identifying stakeholders, and establishing relationships with industry and military leadership.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of experience planning and executing: In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), Operational Planning Team (OPT) meetings, Synchronization and coordination meetings.
  • Experience supporting complex projects involving cross-staff, multi-agency, or joint organization coordination.
  • Experience with Army modernization programs and future capability development efforts.
  • Familiarity with DoDAF, acquisition planning, capability development, and intelligence modernization processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice and guidance.
