About The Position
Motif is seeking a technical content creator with architecture and BIM knowledge to create product videos and supporting content that resonate with architects. The role owns the core product story by building models, recording product demonstrations, and producing videos for sales and social channels. The creator will work closely with the marketing team and hand finished clips to a video editor, who will handle social cuts, music, and platform polish. This is a 3-month contract engagement with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Deep architecture/AEC domain knowledge and understanding of how architects work and what they care about.
- Strong BIM understanding.
- Storytelling ability for short-form product video.
- Video production experience.
- A portfolio or work samples for review.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with any specific editing tool; the company prioritizes output over software stack.
Responsibilities
- Build models and record product clips demonstrating Motif's capabilities.
- Produce high-quality demo videos and sales assets showing real architectural workflows.
- Create 1–2 minute videos that clearly introduce the product to new audiences.
- Hand finished clips to the social video editor.
- Produce video and visual assets at increasing speed as sales and social needs grow.
