Appian is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to join its Customer Success team. This role combines a passion for technology with strategic problem-solving to drive next-generation, AI-powered digital transformations for customers. The consultant will engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, helping companies achieve digital transformation and competitive differentiation. The position involves working throughout the entire project life-cycle to define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions for commercial clients. This includes working in an agile environment to understand client business processes and technical needs, launching new relational data models, and developing APIs for system integration. The consultant will also brainstorm AI use cases, implement Appian’s AI tools using RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models, and collaborate with client technical teams and business users to drive adoption and empower clients to build process applications independently.
