Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 3-5 years of relevant work experience in industry.
Proven experience as Technical Consultant
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Power Platform [Power Apps (Canvas, MDA), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents or now Copilot Studio)
D365 Finance and Operations
D365 CRM/CE
SharePoint

Responsibilities

Application Development Support
Assist in building and maintaining applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
Support the creation and enhancement of workflows using Power Automate.
Help develop dashboards and reports using Power BI (basic level).
SharePoint Support and Configuration
Assist in configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
Support basic SharePoint customization and integration with Power Platform solutions.
Issue Resolution and Support
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint.
Support incident tickets and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Collaboration and Documentation
Work with functional teams to understand business requirements.
Document solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Participate in knowledge sharing and team discussions.
Continuous Learning and Improvement
Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint capabilities.
Participate in training, certifications, and internal enablement programs.
