About The Position

Leading complex technical implementations and integrations from planning through deployment, delivering scalable solutions that align with customer business, technical, and clinical requirements. Applying deep technical expertise to solve complex challenges and ensure successful operational outcomes. Developing and enhancing implementation methodologies, best practices, and service delivery standards to drive consistency, quality, and operational excellence. Establishing repeatable processes, maintain configuration integrity, and contribute to the organization's global knowledge base. Monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing system performance through proactive analysis, health assessments, and risk mitigation strategies. Identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions that maximize reliability, stability, and customer satisfaction. Partnering with cross-functional teams, product leaders, and executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives. Influencing product improvements and service enhancements through collaboration, technical insight, and customer feedback. Serving as a technical advisor by resolving high-complexity issues, delivering strategic recommendations, and communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences. Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and documentation that support informed decision-making and long-term success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare information technology (IT) or information systems (IS).
  • Hands-on experience implementing PACS solutions and/or supporting Radiology Informatics environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare interface standards (HL7, DICOM, etc.).
  • Experience troubleshooting DICOM workflow issues.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments, Windows server infrastructure, networking concepts and SQL/Oracle database.
  • Strong skills in root cause analysis, data interpretation, strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and program execution.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering or equivalent field of study, or 6+ years of above-related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational AWS knowledge (EC2 and S3) is preferred.
  • Certification in AWS Cert Path: Cloud Practitioner, highly desired.
