About The Position

The Technical Consultant Manager leads the Presales Technical Consultant (TC) team, driving technical sales strategy and execution across Enterprise and Small Enterprise accounts. This role works in close alignment with Account Executive Managers and Sales leadership, coaching and motivating a team of Presales TCs to deliver technical expertise, differentiate solutions, and accelerate deal velocity. The manager ensures strong customer engagement, solution validation, and partnership with the broader sales ecosystem to support business growth and technical excellence.

Requirements

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.
Hands-on experience with technologies like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and virtualization tools.
Strong consultative selling skills.
Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience in technical consulting, presales, or solution architecture.
Proven experience leading technical teams in a sales or presales environment.
Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise software.
