Nightwing is seeking Technical Collections Engineer/Analyst to support the missions and operations team. The qualified candidate is versed in telecommunications technology, Wi-Fi network operations analysis, CDMA, UMTS, LTE and RF collection. In addition, the candidate possesses experience as a systems administrator to troubleshoot and identify technical issues in order to optimize system performance. As a member of this highly qualified team, the right candidate will support systems administration and signals collection.

• Telecommunications technology expertise
• Wi-Fi network operations analysis experience
• CDMA, UMTS, LTE and RF collection experience
• Systems administrator experience
• Protocol analysis
• Signals analysis
• Network troubleshooting
• Network traffic characterization
• Network security and analysis
• Technical competency in Signals collection/analysis/protocol OR Network Engineering/Security
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills
• Demonstrated experience providing system maintenance and health monitoring
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Virtual Machines
• Bachelor’s Degree desired with 1-2 years relevant experience OR Direct relevant military experience can be applied in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Support systems administration and signals collection.
• Troubleshoot and identify technical issues to optimize system performance.
• Perform protocol analysis, signals analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and network security and analysis.
• Provide system maintenance and health monitoring.
