Nightwing is seeking Technical Collections Engineer/Analyst to support the missions and operations team. The qualified candidate is versed in telecommunications technology, Wi-Fi network operations analysis, CDMA, UMTS, LTE and RF collection. In addition, the candidate possess experience as a systems administrator to troubleshoot and identify technical issues in order to optimize system performance. As a member of this highly qualified team, the right candidate will support systems administration and signals collection.
Requirements
- Telecommunications technology
- Wi-Fi network operations analysis
- CDMA, UMTS, LTE and RF collection
- Systems administrator experience to troubleshoot and identify technical issues in order to optimize system performance
- Protocol analysis
- Signals analysis
- Network troubleshooting
- Network traffic characterization
- Network security and analysis
- Technical competency in one of the following: Signals collection/analysis/protocol or Network Engineering/Security
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills
Nice To Haves
- Broad knowledge of hardware maintenance and care
- System administration
- Knowledge of automation technologies, and scripting
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
- Demonstrated experience providing system maintenance and health monitoring
- Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Virtual Machines
- Prior experience as a military Signal Collections Analyst or SIGINT Analyst
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team
