BDIPlus is seeking a Technical Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You'll work closely with clients, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements while helping drive successful project delivery. Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis or Technical Analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Strong experience creating clear, detailed requirements documentation including: Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, User Stories, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria
  • Working knowledge of Python.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with XML and structured data exchanges.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Explain technical concepts, trade-offs, and implementation approaches to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Analyze APIs, data structures, and system integrations to support solution design.
  • Work with XML and structured data exchanges to support system integrations.
  • Assist with data analysis and validation using SQL and scripting when needed.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend practical solutions.
  • Navigate evolving priorities while maintaining organization and clarity across multiple initiatives.
