The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for translating business needs, operational workflows, and customer objectives into clear, structured, technically detailed, and machine-readable specifications that support the development, integration, scalability, and ongoing evolution of Computrition’s products and platform. This role operates at the intersection of business processes, product functionality, customer workflows, and technical systems. The Technical Business Analyst develops a deep understanding of system architecture, databases, integrations, workflows, and service interactions, while leveraging AI-enabled tools and AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and solution design. The role is fundamentally technical in nature, while also ensuring that technical solutions support customer adoption, workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. The Technical Business Analyst evaluates how product capabilities, workflows, and platform decisions impact customer value realization, scalability, revenue growth, operational performance, retention, and long-term profitability for both customers and Computrition. The Technical Business Analyst is part of the Product Management organization and partners closely with Engineering (R&D), Platform Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are complete, technically sound, operationally scalable, and aligned with both customer outcomes and business priorities. This position reports to the Vice President of Product Management.
