Technical Business Analyst
About The Position
BridgePhase is seeking a self-driven, customer-focused professional to support a Federal customer in a fast-paced technical environment. This individual will work directly with the customer to gather requirements, support testing activities, and execute ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) work. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can manage multiple priorities at once and take ownership of their work. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Candidates must be able to successfully complete the required customer crossover process. Core coverage hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and availability during this timeframe is required. As with any dynamic technical environment, responsibilities will evolve based on mission needs. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, proactive, and eager to take ownership of new challenges as they arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting large scale enterprise software and/or IT modernization requirements is required
- Experience working directly with customers and gathering requirements.
- Experience supporting testing and O&M activities.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
